All garments are processed at our North Vancouver facility. We inspect, treat delicately, clean with System K4, and hand-finish your Tom Ford piece on-site.
Standard turnaround is two to five business days. For urgent requests, rush service may be available—just let us know in advance and we will do our best to help accomodate your timeline.

We provide expedited service for select items when dropped off before 11 AM. Please enquire about availability for your specific garments, as processing times vary by fabric type and cleaning requirements.
