Absolutely. Our System K4 technology uses 100% eco-friendly solvents that are odourless, hypoallergenic, and completely safe for both your garments and the environment.

Where do you clean my garments?

All garments are processed at our North Vancouver facility. We inspect, treat delicately, clean with System K4, and hand-finish your Tom Ford piece on-site.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is two to five business days. For urgent requests, rush service may be available—just let us know in advance and we will do our best to help accomodate your timeline.

What if I’m not home for pick‑up or delivery?

No worries! Just leave your Tom Ford item by your front door, and we’ll handle the rest. You’ll receive a text upon delivery of your order.

Do I need to separate my garments?

No need. Just prepare your garment for pick-up, and we’ll take care of sorting and handling it appropriately.

Do you offer same-day service?

We provide expedited service for select items when dropped off before 11 AM. Please enquire about availability for your specific garments, as processing times vary by fabric type and cleaning requirements.
