Pricing and Payment

Prices are provided at the time of service and may change without notice. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Any quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual garments and treatment required.

Garment Care and Liability

We handle every garment with professional care. In the rare event of loss or damage caused by our processing, our liability is limited to a reasonable multiple of the cleaning charge for the affected item, consistent with industry practice. We are not responsible for pre existing conditions, undisclosed stains, weak fabrics, trims or items not suited to standard cleaning methods.

Unclaimed Items

Garments should be collected within a reasonable period after they are ready. Items left unclaimed beyond the posted period may be treated as abandoned, as permitted by applicable law.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or scheduling. Please ensure garments are ready and accessible at the agreed time and location.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carousel Cleaners is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
